Hunger for God’s word is a desire that we should all have as Christians–to hunger for the words of life, the transforming power that God has ordained we should daily meditate on.
I second the prayer of the Psalmist here–enlarge my heart first!
We will eat more of God’s word when God’s Holy Spirit ripens our heart’s appetite for it.
Yes Lord, I will hunger for your word when you enlarge my heart!
