This book is so fundamental to the practical art of journaling. I constantly struggle with the practical side of learning how to journal. I get it – i’m supposed to journal but sometimes I just don’t know HOW. This book really helped me to figure out how to practically write out my thoughts to help get rid of mental clutter. So grateful for the DREAM framework.
