What is the greatest thing a man can offer his wife?
Besides an unfailing love, I believe the greatest gift a man of God can offer his wife is to lead her into a life of significance and meaning.
A leadership that will allow them to stand before God one day and hear Him say, “well done, good and faithful servants.” Together, to do God’s purposes on the earth, and to live faithfully before Him, and to continually live in the presence of the Holy Spirit–that is a marriage worth living.
More than a wedding ring, more than a spectacular wedding, more than a life lived in comfort, all of such is vanity compared to this.
